Early Cancellation (More than 14 working days before course start)
If the cancellation is made more than 14 working days before the course starts, you can get a full refund minus 100 NIS administration fee.
Late Cancellation (14 working days or less before course start)
Refunds are conditional on another student filling the spot from the waiting list:
- Two weeks to one week before: Full refund minus 500 NIS
- One week to 3 days before: 50% refund
- 3 days or less: No refund
Additional Notes
- Postponing a course counts as a cancellation
- The policy aligns with Israeli consumer law
- Exceptional cases may apply, such as inability to learn a second language or unsuitable course levels
